Discordの自キコミュニティ, 今だと自キ温泉街案内所がTwitterで見かけるような人が沢山集ってて一番活発な印象. ただSMKiJもそこそこ動きはあって分散してる状況で面倒臭い.
中国の加工業者からDM飛んできた. ここ以外だとTwitterで数日に一回流す程度しか動いてないんだけど, よう見とるね.
価格はBakeneko60 (1-piece case) + Mirror PVD Stainless Weightで"$300未満"程度とのこと. JLCの異常価格と比べちゃうとまあ高いけど, キーボード関係のノウハウはありそうだし, MQQ 1からいけて加工の幅も広そうだし悪くはないのかな.

Bossiskeyboard/backplate-bakeneko60をJLCにアップロードしてみたところ, Build Time: Economicの場合,
- Case (A6061 + Bead-blasting + Anodizing): $119.32
- Weight (Copper-T2 + Bead-blasting): $33.03
- OCS Express: $17.34
で計$169.69だった. この価格で内部の細かい傷や多少の塗装ムラに文句は付けられんね. 加工できないところを何も言わず勝手に仕様変えてきた挙句問い合わせたら「CAMが悪い」と言ってくるらしいのはやばいけど.
自キ温泉街案内所に#3の業者の評価あった. anoの品質が若干低い(けどそれでもJLCの3倍は綺麗)とのこと. anoする気ないならよさそう.
Topre/EC60はTopよりTrayの方が良いらしい. そもそもPlate/PCBが大量のネジで固定されていて, Trayにおける一貫性の問題が生じないからTrayでいいとのこと.
ただ, Daughterboard / JST Connectorでケーブル中央出しにHHKBが良いとなると結局2-piece構造になってTopで作るのとコストは変わらないんだよな. WKならUnikornみたくすればいいけど.
Unikornの構造パクって高さと角度を自分好みにしただけのやつそのうち作るか. EC60をTray Mountで使うの想定だけど, 微妙だったり飽きたらメカニカルでDrop-in O-Ring Mountの筐体として使えばいい(Trayで使ってもいいけど).
GH60互換のトレイマウントの感触よく覚えてないから端の方がTopより撓むっての本当なのかよくわかってないんだよな. それならそれでPlain60-C互換で作ればいいとは思うけど.
ステンレスならともかくアルミ・真鍮のトレイマウントで指痛めることなんてあるか？ 正直, それはお前の離鍵が下手すぎるだけだろという感想が来る.
普段使いする上でTray / Bottom / Sandwichはやかましいかなと思ってTopで置きにいってるだけで, 別に柔らかさを求めているわけではない. でなければ9-10 tabsで設計したりしないだろ.
ウェイト, 225 * 40 * 4みたいなのより250 * 85 * 2.5のKornみたいなやつの方が体積も接触面積も大きくて良いか. Top Mountの場合はTadpoleよりも振動大きいはずだから減衰させた方がいい気がしてきている. Daugtherboardを綺麗に隠す実装も簡単だしこの方向で考える.
Year or so ago I’d say lack of exclusivity would(paradoxically) keep a readily available option from being as popular or desired as something like the Korn, but the market is in a much different place. First off prices have come way down, I’ve noticed some of the 60’s have trended a bit higher lately, but compared to a little while back it’s still way more affordable. And secondly there are enough boards floating around that there’s generally always something to buy somewhere, though they’re still freaking impossible to buy retail, the aftermarket will just about always have Korns available. Disregarding price it used to be a bit of a chore to find the Korns even if you were willing to pay for them, there were entire months where I wouldn’t see a single one pop up on either of the mech markets.
I feel you hit the nail on the head here. This raffle thing made sense when the production capabilities were very limited and there was a hard cap on the ability to handle a GB (like somebody running a GB out of their garage for example, you really can't handle a number that goes in excess of 200-300 boards to QC and ship).
However that lead to scarcity and a ridiculous appreciation of some boards that are and will remain rare. I don't think the scarcity was envisioned by the designers and makers as a tool to get rich or something like that, however there are some people who saw an opportunity to make money off the hobby. And the thing is this is still going on, I mean as ridiculous as it sounds there are people who bought kalamkorns to flip them.
ブランド価値を抜いたら$150-200が妥当なところだろう(それがCK BakenekoやCielなわけだが).
新しいFrog Mini (名前だけで完全に別物となっているが)がTray / Drop-in O-ringだけど, 5 degは流石に平坦すぎるだろと思う.
